What are your hours?

Our service hours are 9am-9pm every day of the week!
If you have questions or need to speak to someone, we have customer service hours from 8am-7pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-3pm. 

What is your service area?

We service many areas all across Ontario and Vancouver! Do you live in or near Toronto, Hamilton, Vancouver or Ottawa - we have a mechanic ready to come to you! For a full list of our service area, check out our cities page. 

Can you get someone here today?

Availability changes based on call volume and season - but we can usually get someone to your location within 24-48 hours. To check on current availability click here.

Do I have to be there?

We get it - you're busy! The great thing about GoWrench Auto's mobile mechanic services is that it suits your schedule. You do not have to be there for us to fix your vehicle. We do require your car keys and access to the vehicle. If need to be elsewhere, just let us know where the keys and vehicle will be. 

Are they licensed mechanics?

Yes! We only send trained and licensed mechanics to perform mechanic work on your vehicle.  For maintenance services like Oil Changes, you can expect a highly trained technician to complete the job. 

Is there a warranty?

What is your hourly rate?

For auto repairs, our mechanics' labour rate is $110/hour + HST. Plus - you won't have to pay to have it towed to a garage because we come right to you! 

For maintenance services such as oil changes, we charge a flat rate so you always know what your bill is! For more information about the cost of a specific repair or service fill out this form for an estimate. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our goal is always to make your vehicle repairs more convenient. For this reason, we offer a variety of payment methods including VISA, Mastercard and even Visa Debit. If you have a question about a specific payment method please give us a call at 1-866-462-9681 

Do you offer discounts?

Our prices are already pretty fantastic - and the convenience? Priceless! But yes! We love you so much that we have developed a VIP program allowing you to have access to exclusive pricing and more. We've also been known to offer limited-time promotions and more on our Facebook page and email list. 

Is there an additional fee for the mechanic to come to my location?

There is a $29.99 charge on each service visit to cover the mobile transportation and shop supplies.  Most shops and dealerships charge more than this in shop supplies and related fees. 

What if I don't know what's wrong with my car?

We are on your team!  Just schedule a quick diagnostic and we will come right to you to diagnose your vehicle. We also have some pretty smart guys in the office - and we may be able to provide you some of the most likely culprits right over the phone.
